TWOMIL: Your role with agoracom in establishing and promoting the EDIG discussion board is well known. Being that Agoracom freely admits that it is nothing but a stock promotion business and does NOT allow balanced discussions on its stock forums, you certainly knew you were creating a pure hype board where participants would be exposed only to every possible good thing and shielded from any possible negative thing. Therefore, I have some questions:
* Have you ever received compensation in the form of stock or cash to promote the agoracom EDIG board or for any other role with agoracom?
* Have you ever received any form of EDIG stock (restricted, unrestricted, options, warrants, etc.) from anyone or any entity for any reason?
Or to ask it more clearly...
* Have you ever received any form of EDIG stock that you did not buy on the open market?
BTW, if you give me agoracom's corporate telephone number, I will call them and ask the following questions:
* Does agoracom accept compensation (stock or cash) from third parties such as hedge funds, large shareholders, etc. to promote stocks?
* Does agoracom compensate any of the posters on any of its discussion forums?
Unfortunately, even if I could contact them by telephone, I don't think I'd get a clear answer. I'd expect something in the Putnamese style.
