RIALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2003
Twilight (now known as Carter Care Centers), an assisted living company with 2003 revenues estimated at approximately $7 million, today announced that InnerSpace Corp. (OTC BB:ISPA), a health care solutions provider signed a letter of intent to merge.
The merger with Twilight represents the centerpiece of InnerSpace's new strategy to focus on the development, acquisition and operation of assisted living centers. Assisted living centers are intended to be an alternative for individuals who do not need nursing care but do need a combination of housing and assistance.
The basic philosophy is to provide supportive services 24 hours a day that help individuals carry out tasks associated with activities of daily living. InnerSpace plans to change its name to Twilight Inc. subject to stockholder approval.
