I've been trying to say this for a number of posts now, but some folks are in denial and get angry and nasty in their posting.
It's just a hard reality given the huge number of shares from everything that I can understand.
If some knowledgeable person can show how a r/s is not necessary, that would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to stress I wasn't saying it should be done today, but at some propitious timing with positive news that will move the stock price higher and hopefully, greatly minimize the r/s ratio.
There's a huge and significant difference in a company doing a r/s out of strength as opposed to most who do it to just stay alive.
Again, the goal is to raise our stock price to a point where we can get on a much better exchange and, most importantly, because of our higher price, attract what we believe will be huge institutional buying.
Also, it's most interesting to now see the real supply on the bid and ask side by the market makers and not the repetitive 5000 amount.
This, imo, helps us to see a true picture of the day's potential trading activity.
