Mr. Cashin needs to pull the trigger,

he has the gun and it is now loaded.

Who or what is holding him up? He told CNBC on the air last week that all the documents were in place and the administration was complete.

The SEC is good to go- no amended from 40-F filings on EDGAR.

NYSE/AMEX is not the problem; they authorized AVL to trade in one day.
