Your dd is of course correct. However, it is in fact old news. Most here already are aware of this incessant dilution that has ruined the stock pps. But as you must be aware, this last annual report only goes through March. And as you say,( and I agree as you can note in my previous post), somewhere between 200 to 300 million shares remain to be "dumped". But now if you check the charts for last month and early May, you will see that most likely most of those shares are out, if not all. ONLY when we see gains TAKE AND HOLD will I be sure all of the dilution has occured. I am waiting and watching.
