Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) ("Camelot") announced today that the company and its core subsidiary, Camelot Distribution Group ("CDG"), are operating under a new management team. Camelot Entertainment Group names Steven Istock, formally the company's CFO, as President. Istock will be overseeing financing, distribution, and production, as well as spearheading future corporate acquisitions.

In addition, Camelot Distribution Group promotes Jessica Kelly, formally VP of Marketing and PR, and Michael Kananack, formally VP of Sales, to Co-Presidents. Kelly will head the division's operations, marketing, publicity, and share duties in acquiring film content. Kananack plays a key role in strategizing and managing the sales as well as acquiring content. The new titles take effect immediately.

"As Camelot continues to grow and change, new doors and ventures keep opening for the company. This year should only prove to be stronger than the last with our new team in place," stated Robert Atwell, Chairman. "The company is taking big strides, working hard at building its library with award winning content, as well as trying to green light in-house productions. The future looks very bright with the new Presidents in place."

Istock has substantial corporate, entertainment and international finance experience, with over fifteen years experience as a senior banker, finance manager, and film producer. He has currently produced "A Warrior's Heart," starring "Twilight's" Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene, and "Scavengers," a sci-fi with Sean Patrick Flanery.

Kelly has a strong international and marketing background with eleven years in the industry. Kelly came to Camelot in 2009 from Quantum Releasing, a foreign sales agent. Previous to joining Quantum, Kelly was Head of Marketing in the Philippines at Bigfoot Entertainment and handled international publicity at Sony Pictures.

Kananack has been working in sales and distribution for over fifteen years, and not only brings to Camelot a wealth of knowledge, but also great relationships. Kananack comes to Camelot from NeoClassics Films, where he released award winning world cinema theatrically in the US. Prior to NeoClassics, Kananack worked at Keystone, Fries Film Group and AKA movies, as well as on feature productions such as "Godfather III" and "A Scent of a Woman."

The former President of CDG, Jamie Thompson, stepped down in March; however, he is still consulting in sales for the company.
