In one of the initial Oronoco Acquisition PRs, it claimed Oronoco had dealings KDDI. KDDI and a cell phone company began to offer a skype service on au celphones in November of 2010.

As for Oronoco having dealings with them, Oronoco was bought by APCX, after this date, for 500 mil shares, when the stock price had been .0001-.0002 for weeks. Giving a .0002 stock price, the deal at the time was worth $100k. So, when they were acquired for $100K worth of stock, I doubt their dealings were that significant.
