It sounds like we have 45 days from the date of entry of the order which was May 4 for the plan to become effective. Correct me if I'm wrong but the below is straight from the Order Confirming the POR. I don't want to have people say we missed a date when/if nothing happens sooner than that.

ORDERED that the Debtors’ Plan is hereby amended to reflect that the Effective Date of the Plan shall be forty-five (45) days from the date of entry of this Order
