i understand his statement, mayb Jeff meant that the qasp shares that we exchange will go in a trust which ideally belongs to James.
our CENTAcom/shell shares can not be placed in a trust...OUR PAST qasp shares since they belong James he is free to do as he decides with those shares...
but our CENTACOM shares should be unrestricted because james said they would
shareholders imo would never go for a trust i dont think....
i know i certainly would not go for that....
also if the shares are resticted for ANY amount of time shareholders should know a firm date when their centacom shares are unrestricted IN STONE.
THIS IS ONE REASON WHY i thought commonsharders NEEDED a spokesperson to negotiate some of the tricky/laborous details involved in the exchange... if its Anvil fine... if its FINK fine..
