now I would look at this and say that NITE has a buyer or a seller. Instead of representing their price they represent both a buy and a sell. One is their client, the other is themselves. if it is a seller, the seller wants the asking price. If somebody sells to NITE at the bid they can sell to the seller at the ask and make a fraction of a penny on the deal. Nothing really scandalous there.
