I think your thinking is very sound. I do believe, based on what I heard at the court hearing, that this is a done deal. My only concern is that we may still not have an agreement worked out by 5/17. The problem is not in the details (in my opinion) as much as it is getting the parties to review the agreements in a timely fashion, because they are busy frequently traveling executives. In my opinion, I would think NEOM would want the lawsuit settled before the name registry launch, and that should occur by end of July, as this board has previously reported.

I'm hoping that this is settled in the next 7 days, planning on it taking longer.
