no talk of a trust!... we will exchange our 750MM shares of QASP for approximately 175MM shares of CENTACOM....WHICH is about 22% of centacom.... the 78% of centacom is RESRICTED for a period of time.. (one year?) our 22% could be restricted for a (short time?)... but James wants our shares to be unrestricted and will even pay to get them tradable (unrestricted)....
we have a choice to trade or NOT...
we will know fins for centa b4 we trade....
we now know the management stucture of centacom....
we know MAY 11 @ 4:01 PM has meaning but we dont know the exact meaning.....
we know a cut-off date is coming for anyone that would like to purchase QASP shares and then still be ELIGIBLE to participate in THE EXCHANGE of shares with CENTACOM SHELL and QASP..

the only TRUST imo is how each commonshareholder trusts the exchange.... easy deal for me because without the exchange QASP goose is cooked.....
