Most R/S's are never good, most companies that do R/S's dilute afterwords and the PPS goes back to trips. So if your holding let say 10 million shares and there's a 100 to 1 R/S your back to 100 thousand shares with a higher PPS but most will go back to trips leaving you in despair.
