Kimble, be careful here, as this is a very sensitive topic. Keep in mind Dean made those statements prior to the NSE letter being released for all to see. I am sure had he known we would get our hands on it, he would have been a little more forthcoming as to it's contents. Actually, I take that back.... if Dean knew we would see it he would've never have held that famous CC, and we would be where we are now with the communication.
I am still of the belief that there is something illegal about bold faced lying on a live CC that more than likely would influence investors decisions to Dean's favor, but who am I to judge? Posters ask why hasn't anything happened to Dean as of yet? I really can't answer that, and apparently there may be laws, but they are just not enforced. Apparently a CEO of a publicly traded company in the Penny Stock World, can say whatever he wants, as many times as he wants, and there are no ramifications regardless of what he says.
This DVIS has been and still is so far from FDA approval, it isn't really funny anymore, and the CEO has known it the whole time. When you think of stupid examples of Dean like on that goofy MTV, and Don asking him if the FDA is going to call his cell phone any minute, it is enough to make me vomit.
I don't understand alot of it, compared to what I thought was legal prior to putting my money on the line. How do you advertise for years that you have a product that you actually don't have? Tell people for years it is 100% ready to go, and should be approved any day now, and then years later reveal it was a concept?? We're getting close we're getting close, and all the while he has the FDA info from the FDA that says there are all kinds of issues??
Whatever, I made my bed and will sleep in it. Bring on the big show Friday, and then let's hear what all the exoperts have to say then. I would say Friday is a rather important event.
