If I were a company and momentum was on your side and you are possibly on a short list for acquisitions I would want that shareprice as high as I could get it...

Excactly why they reduced the a/s...

They may need some funds for E3, who knows but not much. They do not plan to survive on shares but revenue and/or a buyout.

This group wants their shareprice as high as it can go...
