Chief: I think we will see some progress this week. IMO, Centa will reverse merge into the shell. In doing so, it will publish it's financials (maybe audited, may be company prepared with audits to follow within a couple of weeks).

I can't speculate on the exchange announcement, but believe there is a 50/50 chance it will come at the time of the reverse merge announcement. I think this is complicated by Centa/Jeff not having a shareholders list, which may or may not be required to do the exchange.

BTW, I was looking at the centa IR site, is it me, or an oversight, but Owens is not listed at a officer or director.
