That's how the scam at IMGG works. Dean wants you to believe.

All the evidence suggests the device does not work as advertised, is not ready for production, etc...

All of these things Dean claimed were true. All of these things will add 2-3 years of prison per violation.

I'm guessing at least 8 years of prison...good behavior and he is out in 4 years.
