I am not bashing. I am also not a shareholder, just a nosy Nevada neighbor. I do know they have had plenty of time to be in production. I have heard rumors but won't repeat but if someone wants to dig a little deeper......

The plan of operation filed with the state should be ammended when the process changes, ie. geo-tubes. Did Pacific file a new plan of operations??
