Looking forward to the merger closing and seeing the 8k. One thing I find interesting is that our AS is 50,000,000 but we will be issuing 40,000,000 for Sunlogics Power Fund Management. Current OS is 27 millions and Float is 14.7 millions. I believe the AS will have to be increase to accommodate for the merger. Expecting to see this in the 8k if you will.
