1) Great share structure and no dilution, just hasn't been noticed.
2) New management team, they decided that buying a shell is cheaper than going public on their own.
3) Only releases PR's when there is actually news. No constant fluff like other companies.
I wouldn't chase to get it. Just responsible bid sitting and a little ask slap if the spread's tight. Spread management is the key
