I think what is most important now, is that EVCA takes the money and runs the business with it,..achieves goals,...and drives the company forward. If they succeed to do so (and I very much believe so) than the possible "dilution", or the 7% auctus discount mean absolutly NOTHING!
Let's see what the PR says,...and what their plan is. Also, I am very curious about the saturday PR. they must have had a reason to release it on a saturday afternoon,...and not monday premarket.
