..from another board: New FINRA rule effective 5/9 might have something to do with the wait. We really long longs know about the naked shorting that has gone on with MCET over the years. Perhaps they are waiting to see how this settles out before rolling out announcements, only to have the games start up again with the price. I hope this new rule helps somehow. We and the companies we invest in are being robbed blind by these vipers.
