Please keep in mind that if you bought your shares with a CASH account, those shares can not be "loaned" out for shorting. If you have a margin account, you actually don't "own" your shares either, so those shares bought on margin can actually be "loaned" out. So, if you bought on margin, SET THOSE SELL ORDERS ANYWAY!
