Three Day LBB Swing Trader
-Enter Long: Three of the last four days must be %b <= 0.14.
-Enter Price: Open
-Exit Long: Sell when RSI(4) crosses 70.
-Exit Price: Close (Ideally you sell on the cross and take all the profit possible.)
I applied this to all big board stocks using Amibroker given all the data at Yahoo Finance. I found the following to be the best stocks for this method: AMAT, BMY, GILD, SCHW. These four stocks perform very well when oversold for roughly half a week -- check the percentage wins -- over 70% using this system.
