Even this "I jumped the gun in saying that we've 'acquired' a manufacturing facility. In reality, we've identified a building, had it inspected by a structural engineer and are awaiting some addition inspections before making the acquisition" was posted Friday, January 14, 2011. You do realize that is only a little more than 3 months ago. How long does it take for additional inspections? From my experience, tossing in the time to evaluate all assessments for the structure and sign a purchase agreement, anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
