He must not have read your whole post. I thought the same thing when I just glanced at your post. Welcome to the board! Bulm is a stock you will want to accumulate as much as you can of while it is under 2 bucks. The uplisting is going to bring millions more in daily volume so shares at these levels won't be available for very much longer IMO. GL
