Can someone comment/clarify to me what is going to happen to the float in the coming months?

I know that seawind is getting a bunch of shares that are restricted, and I know that the company wants to get on nasdaq as soon as possible so i don't see them diluting in the near future. Plus the fact that they got the 50 million in financing.

So yeah I guess i'm just wondering is there going to be dilution, and when do you think it would happen?
