If you can sniff out the winners consistently and stay true to that and not get tempted by you know, temptation, you would be the Moses of juniors. In a game of musical chairs, its as good as it gets. I myself, have a network of quite a few people and endeavour to do the same. Tough to keep the discipline. Keep it up.
