Every 'failure to deliver' should result in someone going prison. There were several million SRSR shares that were not delivered in the July 2009 run up. I don't get a chance to read every post and someone probably answered this before, but will the spin out force any naked short positions to be covered?

Also, if the shares trade on TSXV and someone uses an online trading account like Zecco that does not allow trading on TSXV, how will that work?
