That was the spin at the time but the questions asked were not comprehensive.

Facts are more than a few people called and asked the SEC about this and it was made clear that Gendarme and Gendarme alone is being charges.

There were posts about this at the time on this board.

All questions were related to the specific complaint regarding Gendarme and if RCCH was being investigated in regard to that action.

No one asked (and the SEC would not have answered if they did) if there were any other investigations on-going in regard to RCCH. Since RCCH printed and dumped far more than 2.1 Billion shares in the involved time period it is quite probable that RCCH had more 'deals' in the works with other toxic financiers. Those potential investigations have not yet come to light.

Post a link that shows there are no other investigations targeting RCCH or stop making the claim.
