Wonder what the 'fund raising activity' may be post-merger? This is taken from the Italy section, obviously not the $50mil loan as it's still pre-merger and that was not a fund-raiser. (Also, Nobody said the hitman was a grammar specialist!) :P Thoughts or something to dismiss?

3Power's potential project pipeline is located mainly in the region of Puglia and Sardinia. The projects are mainly ground mounted but include green house mounted sites. All the projects are fully licensed and ready to start construction.
