Since were talking uplisting now, Ive been trying to find some information on the requirements. so far this is what ive found

The comment made by the guy at the end.... and also stated by TIVUS....and probably the reason the audit is taking so long. They are going back 2 years of financials to be audited.

Also.. side note. I called the Philly Marriott and they say the guests have been pleased with the new TV's. I couldnt reach any technical engineer or manager to get more info so I will try to call back later. But for now I assume that we do have quality product. Now we just need to get the business end in order and we would be in good shape
