Yes I agree, that was my point. Unless the miners are also bean counters, there is no reason that getting the financials in order should get in the way of production.

The only thing that does make sense is to hold back Production news until we've uplisted ... that will take us through the roof .... maybe not to the Moon or the Stars but maybe the 0.07s ...

I understand the logic there, although I don't really agree with it. The share price will go up once they start production, and will receive an additional boost when they uplist. Waiting to combine the two events doesn't give them any real advantage, and they risk missing out on the higher gold prices (with QE2 due to end in June the USD will likely rally at some point and gold will come down somewhat).
