It's just about as absurd as injecting opinions on a message board that are neither accurate or honest but people do that too! On the flip side, the strength of QASP has been the shareholders and 'you do win with people' in the long term.
That is true...James will gain a great base of shareholders, with those shareholders that choose to exchange their shares for NEWCO shares. This is not including friends, family and business associates of James' that will buy into the NEWCO once he takes it public!!! These other people have not been factored into this situation by some and I am sure most will be investors and not flippers, which will only increase the value of the stock.
On a side note, I would like to wish all mothers a very happy day today as well appreciate what they have done and continue to do for us all!!!
