NEW Moskowitz E-MAIL: 'DO IT QUIETLY'

FBI likes to be NON TRANSPARENT.

Who is George Speranza's new 'WHO'?

"...Specifically, Speranza lied about when
he initially discussed creating the websites
for Spongetech, and WHO at
Spongetech asked him to establish the websites
and virtual offices...
"
http://www.fbi.gov/newyork/press-releases/2011/marketing-company-executive-pleads-guilty-to-perjury-in-connection-with-investigation-of-spongetech-delivery-systems-inc

I asked George Speranza by e-mail be he didn't reply yet.

In his first testimony, the 'WHO' was Richard Heller.

Now, with FBI 'superb' NON transparent work, it can be anyone working or not working at SpongeTech. It can be me!

So, Who is the new 'WHO'?

- Frank Nicolois?
- Thomas Cavanagh?
- Jimmy Einsenberg?
- Avi Tepfer?
- Steven Moskowitz?
- Michael Metter?
- Me, David Pilon?
- Kaja Whitehouse
- Bruce Springstein?
- Donald Trump?
- Patrick Kelly of Harbor Enterprises?
- Frank Lazauskas?
- Myron Weiner?
- Peter Klein?
- Barry Kolevzon?
- Jack Schwartzberg?
- Bill Young?
- Avi Mirman
- Marcus Butler?
- Michael Harstein?
- Barry Honig?
- Carl Freer?
- Seth Shaw?
- Other?

David PATCH (patchman) says SETH SHAW may be the new 'WHO'

On his investigation web site, he said that Seth Shaw could very well be the one because he was deeply studied in the RISK and ATTACKS document he published. RISK ASSESSMENT document published by David PATCH:

Why is Seth Shaw not employed by SpongeTech anymore? He threw
first pitch at Coors field last year so he must have been
important to SpongeTech! Is it because of current cash flow
problems, or because of "internal threat" problems, or other?

OK. So, this "Risk Assessment" document was not requested by
SpongeTech, and was not produced on a request from SpongeTech,
correct?

Can you open links on your BlackBerry? -> http://www.investigatethesec.com/drupal-5.5/files/Risk_Assessment-Spongetech_1_of_2.pdf

On page 9, it says Seth Shaw (and two others) should be included
on SpongeTech's list of potential threats.

Is Seth Shaw still employed by SpongeTech?

Hi Mr. Moskowitz, is Seth Shaw still employed by SpongeTech?

Who is the new 'WHO'?

Is it Seth Shaw?

Consider the following statement by David Patch, made after we were discussing the Risk Assessment, and I [cowtown jay] questioned how it came to be in his possession. Well, badshah asked David about that the next day. Patch replied:

"The documents were delivered to me and others by an individual within Spongetech's INNER CIRCLE."

OK? So David Patch was inside SpongeTech's inner circle? Why?

Mr. Moskowitz, what can be done to have Silverman sell the
SpongeTech public shell? Prove he refused offers while the
company was still in Chapt.11?
