While the SEC has been historically lax with their enforcement of naked short selling and Reg SHO violations, due to congressional as well as popular pressure, they've seemed to have stepped up their game slightly and I hope they continue to move more in that direction going forward...for the good and the protection of retail investors, especially those holding shares in MDMN. wink
