Just wondering??? Why would Krusecom want to do a RM with QSGI that is BK? Krusecom seems to be profitable and has several clients.
All parties involved in the RM is not taking a salry only stock. Why would Krusecom agree to this???

The only thing I can think of is that Krusecom has several profitable opportunities in the works and they need QSGI share to rocket up in order for them to do so.

IMHO I don't think we will see any dilution for a long time.

We are looking at a diamond in the rough........
