It's major concern for those of us who cannot buy or sell MMTE! I'm scrambling to find a broker who will let me transfer my shares and buy more without paying a $200-700 fee!.

So far, Zecco is restricting MMTE, Scottrade has refused to allow transfers of MMTE from Zecco.

BTW - if you haven't bought or sold MMTE in the last 4 days or so, better check to see whether your broker is affected before the PRs start coming in.
