The unpaid wages are the salaries of the C.O.O. and President.
I would think that would instill confidence in the company if the two main employees of SGCP are willing to forgo their salaries because they believe the future returns will be much greater. Personaly I would not do the job they are doing for the full amount of between both of them for 144k . As in anything in life Facts can be misinterprited or different conclusions can be made.
