A1, I appreciate your efforts and am long TIVU.

However, your assessment of the conversation below is a reiteration of responses I have received in the past. They have become increasingly vague, ambiguous, non committal and a hollow collection of words with little to no substance. Now, they are non existant as he chooses whom and whom not to reply to.

What I got from my conversation with Steve was it's a very hectic time, behind-the-scenes, for the company and that many questions are going to be answered in the coming days.

It is hard to put any more trust to what Steve has to say at this point. I have been digging a bit further into Smallcaps and am disturbed by recent comments by them, clearly a contradiction to what they profess.

Right now, Steve and co. are behaving like 'wannabes' who try to talk the big cap talk but walk the stinkie pinkie walk, twisting and turning to their advantage conversation as fits their need. Scrutiny by many Ihub board members is grounds for insult?

Facts:
- TIVU has a big red stop sign - OTC Pink, no information.
- TIVU, chose to, on it's own, to list on OTC pinks
- TIVU, chose to engage the convertible notes, which have been the bane of retail shareholders lately
- TIVU, chose to or is responsible for the delays in Q4 and annual 2010 financials and now Q1 2011 financials
- TIVU, chose to or is responsible for the delays in Audit of financials.
- TIVU, chose to make announcements related to certain accomplishments, future developments and projected completion of Audit. Shareholders, Ihub and other forums should expect no less than a professional follow up. How long have we now heard 'coming soon'?
- TIVU IR is now choosing to launch a smear campaign against Ihub posters, and mind you, a substantial part of their current investor base in TIVU.

- And yes, we chose to invest in Tivus on our own accord.
- And yes, we have the right to express ourselves whereever, whenever, and virtually however we want.

Right now, Tivus is acting like a Stinkie Pinkie, is a Stinkie Pinkie.

If Tivus wants to play with the big boys, Tivus and Haag needs to grow up and start acting like the big boys, who by the way also have M/B's on I hub. How many companies on the major exchanges do you hear where their IR firms/depts insult shareholders and slam forums where they express their opinions?

If Tivus wants to gain respect and market attention they will need to deal with us who play the pennies. Why? Because they are a Pink Penny stock. Until they prove otherwise, that is exactly what and who they are. Deal with it Shiva and Steve!!!!
