this info from "latest" quaterly (10/31/2010). tad late on 11/12/1!

they do show 95 bucks in the bank but a total of 4.3 mill in "assets", including 3 mill listed as "other" ??.......
with 3.3 mill in liabilites. but the info is rather dated and does not take into account acquisitions since then and borrowing done to accompish such. I suspect the cash flows from these new "assets" will not appear for some time. like all penny stocks, do what DD you can but be aware they can all become like vaporware at any time and don't get greedy and overinvest. good luck to all.
