I believe this is added worry for share holders on top of the late financials and unknown amount of convertible shares that are still coming in. For people who trade often on the pinksheet market, seeing promotion firms attached to a stock begins to look suspicious. Also, when we first heard about QS promoting TIVUS, it sounded like they picked us up on their own accord. And although the disclaimer was there, i dont think many of us looked at it in detail until now. So with the convertibles still coming in, and seeing cash and 3.5 million shares going to a promotion firm doesn't look good.
