I guess that's my point. They can review it all they want to but approval won't be given until the funds (or anything else for that matter than might hold it up) are in place and it gets rubber stamped, therefore notification can be issued to the company. I don't believe it gets approval stamped outside of committee. I believe it goes sorta like "everythings in place, all minimum requirements met, yea or nay" before dismissing for another week. I could be wrong obviously and it's not that important. I was just offering an opinion. I would delighted if it's Monday morning after a rested consideration.
