Thank you for posting and pointing out all of the ambiguous language Expo uses. I never really noticed how much they wordsmith until you just color coded and emphasized it.

I mean it is absolutely terrible the games they play.

A perfect example of this is where they say they employ approximately 37 people. How do you employ approximately 37 people? You either have 37 or you have 36 or you have 38. Who talks like this? Why are 11 of them part time "members"??? What the hell is a member of Expo? Thank you for highlighting this part.

Also as you have pointed out MGMT's numbers as usual truly don't add up. $411k+170K= 581k. Perhaps JD should pay back some of the money he stole from shareholders and buy the company a calculator. This way they won't have to make guesses about their sales and will ACTUALLY know their sales.

I really appreciate you emphasizing this line...

Increasing fuel prices and escalating costs of goods most likely will impact the company’s bottom line in 2011.

I agree with you that it is important for people to see how much this matters because as we both know they sell their orders at cost. SO when they bid at cost and then the costs go up, they lose money. Or as JD would say, they loose money.

It would be nice if they could learn how to sell at a profit, but I guess that comes in like year 20 when they are no longer a start up right?
