Good tip! As a somewhat new silver buyer I stick with Eagles because I can use my cheap $10 scale and as long as its the same size and weight as my others I know it's real. I would also have no problem stacking maples or other gov mint coins as long as I weighed them. I just never seen any maples in the shops I go to as ASE's are more common here.
