Obviously, company messed this up big time. Even worse, they don't even show the courage to communicate with shareholders. Poor management, poor ethics! I hope justice will prevail in a class action.

On a different note, may a de-registered security regain good standards ever again should the necessary filings be completed? And what will happen to de-registered securities in a portfolio? Will the shares remain or be cleared?
