Ah but if they can't disclose like Harpe suggests isn't that the law? Should they just throw caution to the wind and not follow the law as far as the settlement is concerned. If what he suggests is true then there may be something out there the group doesn't want disclosed which may leave Itronics and shareholders sitting in the catbirds seat.
