Here in Washington state, the state legislature are writing a new bill that will give each city and or counties the power to decide if they will want medical-marijuana-dispensaries set up. In this bill, the state will have nothing to do with regulating the dispensary..but collect taxes.. just like restaurants. Hopefully the governor will not have a stupid reason to veto the bill... KEEP HOPE ALIVE... GOD BLESS AMERICA
