why would corey at jpm increase the price target of ariad when his current price target hasnt even been reached?

if your compensation was based on performance and which of your names have met their targets etc., would you literally go out of your way to increase the target so theres an evenk greater chance the target is not met? makes zero sense.

you'll see jefferies increase their target before jpm morgan....and whoever else has their target price below 9.00
