In recent SEC filings Eddie has claimed that he has signed a 10 year lease on 33,000 sq' foot building on Branchview Ln that houses Maximedia Studios. Unfortunately the building only consists of 29,767 sf according to the Dallas Central Appraisal District http://www.dallascad.org/AcctDetailCom.aspx?ID=24184500010050000 so I'm not sure where this mysterious extra 3,233 sf is supposedly coming from... but I digress.

Artfest shows $226,250 worth of 'business personal property' at this address. Their BPP taxes for 2010= $5,408.83 (Does any of this match up with anything reported in the 10-K? http://www.dallascad.org/AcctDetailBPP.aspx?ID=99081208280000000 )
Maximedia/Music Puppies have $217,400 in BPP and owed $5,434.41 in taxes.. a difference of only $25.58. http://www.dallascad.org/AcctDetailBPP.aspx?ID=99200324700159100

Man... that's AMAZINGLY close dont ya say?
